2. What this site is

The site presents Larissa Dorleto USA, a one-person practice working in independent consulting: framing a problem in writing, planning the steps and owners, documenting how the work is done and following it through to hand-over. Its text, illustrations and descriptions are there to inform. None of it is an offer, a booking or a contract.

3. Illustrations

If pictures appear on this site they are illustrations of our kind of work, not photographs of stock. Availability, specification and price are confirmed in writing when we quote, not on this page.

4. Sending a message

Writing to us opens an enquiry; it does not reserve, book or buy anything, and no payment passes through this site. Whatever is agreed later is agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual property

Text, layout and illustrations are ours or our licensors' and may not be reused commercially without our written permission.
